30 Day Reset Morning Boost

1 lemon

1 tbs. coconut oil

1 cup warm distilled water or smart water

1tsp manuka honey

TCI Moringa Smoothie:

2 tbs Moringa powder

1 banana

1 tsp honey

Almond or soy milk (2 cups)

Figs (optional)

Lemon Cauliflower Rice

1 large head cauliflower

 

2-3 tablespoons olive oil

1 tbs lemon juice

 

himalayan sea salt (a pinch or 3)

a pinch of black pepper

a pinch or turmeric spice

 

1.Preheat oven to 425 degrees and brush a cookie sheet with a light layer of coconut oil or ghee.

Chop & cut the cauliflower into about 1/2 inch pieces breaking apart and large bouquets.  

2.Spread the cauliflower pieces onto baking sheet and drizzle with lemon olive oil mixture.  Sprinkle salt, pepper, turmeric over top  baking for 30 minutes.  (Make sure to flip pieces half way through).

Green Detox Smoothie

A refreshing and nutrient-packed smoothie to help cleanse your system.

 

Ingredients:

• 1 cup spinach or kale

• 1/2 cucumber

• 1/2 green apple

• 1/2 lemon (juiced)

• 1-inch piece of ginger (peeled)

• 1 tablespoon chia seeds

• 1 cup coconut water or filtered water

• Ice cubes (optional)

 

Instructions:

Blend all ingredients until smooth. Enjoy immediately for a refreshing detox boost.

Cleansing Cabbage & Carrot Slaw

A fiber-rich salad that supports digestion and detoxification.

 

Ingredients:

• 2 cups shredded purple cabbage

• 1 cup shredded carrots

• 1/4 cup chopped cilantro

• 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar

• 1 tablespoon olive oil

• 1 teaspoon honey or maple syrup

• 1/2 teaspoon sea salt

• 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

 

Instructions:

Mix all ingredients in a large bowl and let sit for 10 minutes before serving.

Gut-Healing Miso Soup

A probiotic-rich soup that supports digestion and detoxification.

 

Ingredients:

• 4 cups water

• 2 tablespoons miso paste

• 1/2 cup chopped bok choy or spinach

• 1/2 cup sliced mushrooms

• 1 green onion (chopped)

• 1 teaspoon grated ginger

• 1 teaspoon sesame seeds

 

Instructions:

Simmer water with mushrooms, bok choy, and ginger for 5 minutes. Remove from heat and stir in miso paste. Top with green onions and sesame seeds.
