Every little snippet of your life was divinely cued just for you.  Every person, situation, good fortune or even things you view as “mistakes” aren’t mistakes at all.

We all get humbled by pain, loss and disappointment at times.  That is part of the human experience.  When you change your perspective and embrace this truth, you trade in bitterness and regret for opportunity and eventually, JOY.

Every relationship that didn’t work out was to bring you to the one that was actually good for you.  Maybe you learn to try a little harder in your next one or accept the fact that no one is perfect, including you.

Every person that disappointed you showed you how to forgive and then “hope”.

Every rejection taught you strength.

Every thing and every one that didn’t work out was never “yours” to begin with and that is ok.  These people and experiences were meant to escort us for a little bit on our journey…to get us to the next step on our life map.

When you willingly and consciously make the shift in your thinking and speech, everything around you starts to improve.

Maybe you had a job you didn’t get or an idea that never came to life…maybe it was to push you in a another direction or push you towards a passion you never knew you had inside you?

An unsuccessful serious relationship or even marriage could’ve been so you would have the kids you created together so that you’d show up better in your next relationship?

A death or loss of loved one showed you to appreciate the mundane moments with the ones still on this earth.  

We are always chasing the exciting things and the next milestone but what connects all these dots along the way is very important too and every situation shapes who you are like a piece of clay…
